Portland Shambhala maintains two separate lists.  Choose whichever suits you best.  You will also have the opportunity to change your email list preferences and personal information at the bottom of each email that you receive, including unsubscribe options.

Event Notification List - This list is for those who wish to receive email announcements regarding Events such as visiting teachers or special lectures and classes such as Learning to Meditate, the Shambhala School of Buddhist Studies, and Shambhala Training.

Sangha List - “Sangha” is the Sanskrit term for “community of practitioners” - one of the three jewels of Buddhism. This Shambhala Meditation Center is home to a wonderfully diverse community who share a genuine connection to contemplative practice and the aspiration to realize a more wakeful, sane society. Friends and members of the Portland Shambhala Center are welcome to attend celebrations, practice events, meetings and gatherings of special interest groups.  If you subscribe to the Portland Sangha list you will receive all email announcements from Portland Shambhala.
